Every project is a journey—and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. From the first conversation to the final installation, our process is designed to bring clarity, creativity, and confidence to every phase of your design experience.
Phase One
project discovery - conceptual design
Initial meeting setting the tone & goals for the space. Research & development of the aesthetic. Concept presentations containing mood imagery, loose material samples, & a notion of selected elements & details proposed through-out the project.
Phase Two
project refinement - design development
Cultivating the design through showroom visits, mock-ups, & specific iterations visually describing the space. Drawings, presentations, & detailed specifications further develop the design intent. Specification schedules document client selections, in coordination with the architect and contractor to ensure execution of approvals.
Phase Three
project coordination - construction admin
Ensuring that the build aligns with design specifications & quality standards. Collaboration with the design & construction teams to refine the details & resolve site conditions. Contractor RFI’s & submittals are reviewed & addressed as needed to support a smooth, & timely execution.
Phase Four
procurement - purchasing & expediting
Defining the furniture scope & budget. Furniture proposals are drafted for client approval, and purchase orders are reviewed for accuracy. Coordination with the receiving company facilitates safe storage & handles any repairs or returns if needed. Fabrics, finishes, & shop drawings are reviewed. Order statuses, delivery timelines, and potential issues are closely monitored.
Phase Five
installation - final details
Coordinating delivery logistics for final project installation, ensuring seamless furniture placement on-site. Final styling includes hanging of artwork, styling bookshelves, & other finishing touches. A punch list walk-through identifies any remaining items for completion, and a thorough care & maintenance manual is provided for ongoing upkeep.
